Mother’s Day 2009

+ blueberry pancakes and Sunday comics
+ treasures hunts with a metal detector
+ giant used book sale with fill a bag for $5
+ wonderful handmade cards
+ gardening, gardening, gardening (I got a new begonia + rose bush)
+ peanut butter fudge boats (think banana split w peanut butter sauce)
+ watching Pan’s Labyrinth again when the kids had gone to bed
This Mother’s Day was even extra special because I got to spend it with my Mom. She heads back to South Carolina on Wednesday morning. We’ve been having such a good time so it will be hard to see her go, but I am sure my Dad is eager to have her back home. :)
