Trick or Treats

I hope everyone had a fun Halloween! We were planning to attend an annual Halloween parade, but it we stayed in and ordered pizza instead haha.

Our trick-or-treating was actually on Thursday night, which while it is nice because Tom is automatically off work on Thursdays, always feels a bit odd. Then of course we kept feeling like Halloween was already over.

Our eldest son ditched us for his friends…and I was so bad I didn’t even get any good photos of our costumes this year. Tom was Waldo (Where’s Waldo) I did the beehive hair from Martha Stewart Halloween, K was Beetlejuice, and B was Sherlock Holmes for school and a detective for trick or treating.

It was a good year with the Halloween party too, made it feel very festive. But there was something about this year that just made me feel like it all flew by too quickly. We had a lot of rain on the days we would of been getting pumpkins, and traipsing through corn mazes, so I think that was part of it. But goodness it just feels like it all rushed by.

November Update

My new shop is updated! I have an Etsy now since the crash of my zencart shop. It feels so odd to start over with a completely different web shop program, but I am hoping the Etsy shops loads faster and makes everything a smooth process.
I’m still getting the hang of it, and plan to have a big holiday update on November 15th!
