The boys and I made some ice cream cupcake pops …well…sorta, haha. We used regular sized ice cream cones because we had them on hand. The bad part was when the oversized cake balls were added it made them extremely top heavy and when I tried to move the bunch we lost over half of them (crashed to the floor!)
Bakerella’s book will have the full instructions, so maybe we should of waited for that, but we were eager :)
So the boys carefully dipped and decorated the remaining cakes, they even got some faces so they look like a gang of ruthless ice cream cones. Next time we will try and buy the mini cones and maybe fill the bases with M&Ms for added weight!
