I hope that everyone had a lovely Mother’s Day yesterday! My weekend was spent on a little road trip to Philly with one of my very best Momma friends–my sister in law Amanda. We left Friday night for a weekend in Philly, selling my goods at Art Star’s Craft Bazaar. The weather we pretty much perfect both days. Thanks so very much to everyone who came out and said hello, it was so nice to meet all of you!

We had a fun weekend staying up too late every night, eating cupcakes for breakfast (oh goodness red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting you were an amazing breakfast), and even doing a bit of shopping at the show. I’ll gather up all my goodies and get some photos to share. Now my personal goal for the week is to somehow recreate the amazing vegan beef tip wrap we ate both days for lunch from Soy. The wrap itself is cucumber, avocado, carrot, sesame, soy beef, and a lettuce mix, and so tasty…but the best part is the Homemade Garlic Mustard Dressing you dip it in. I feel like I could eat one of these for lunch for a week straight and never get sick of it. Now if only Philly wasn’t a 3 hour drive.
