May Crafternoon

Crafternoon May 2012

On Saturday was our monthly Crafternoon meet up. You can check out past month’s here, here, and here. I also did it for Mother’s Day two years in a row here and here, but now it’s turned into a monthly get-together. I just love hanging out with these folks each month…sitting around chatting, eat good food, and try out a crafty project or two.

This month we were gonna do an easy one of spray painting glass jars. Then of course I stumbled across pour painting flower pots (i’ll post some instructions) and had to throw that in there too. Luckily next month’s project is actually going to be something that does not require any dry time.

There was plenty of food as always…we had sandwiches for lunch and dessert was Butterbeer cupcakes by Tasha, Jessee made chocolate & mint macarons, Molly made a cherry clafouti, and I made Sprinklebakes no-bake strawberry milk cheesecake and a pineapple upside down cake. As always far too much food for a group of 12 adults.
