Salvation Army Fabric Fair 2012

If you’ve been a long time blog reader then you might remember my previous posts about the Women’s Auxiliary Fabric Fair.

I arrived almost an hour and a half early this year, and I will still probably the 30th person in line or so. The final line before doors opened went back pretty far, I wish I could find a count online as to how many people were there! The fabric fair is still going on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. I’ll post photos of the treasure I found soon! There is nothing more fun then spending an entire morning hanging out with a bunch of strangers who all share the same love (dare we say obsession) with crafty supplies…such such fun :)
Other Fabric Fairs:
-It looks like the one that’s held in Pittsburgh was last month
Janesville WI also has a sale but I couldn’t find the dates so you might want to call them
Carlisle PA seems to hold their’s in Oct
Portland ME has a sale, but I couldn’t find updated info so I’d call
Punxsutawney PA had their fabric fair in April. I couldn’t find a link that listed it because all the calendars wouldn’t let me go back to April.
These were all I found by checking Google, but you can always trying calling the salvation army women’s auxiliary in your area.

I felt weak in the knees just looking at these! SO MUCH FABRIC.

There is a crazy fabric store near here that’s just rows upon rows upon rows of quilting weight cotton and fat quarters crammed into every available corner and stacked ceiling-high and I think this would be even more exciting to dig through than that :O

I am really enjoying the theme/design of your site. Do you ever run into any web browser compatibility issues? A number of my blog visitors have complained about my site not operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Opera. Do you have any ideas to help fix this issue? I forgot to say awesome blog! Thank you!
