This poor book had some scribbles and numbers written inside. Just look at the illustration with the train, its like he was just pleading with the kid “no no please don’t scribble on me!” So sad!
Still some really cute illustrations inside!

    I never understood why kids did that. I was taught from a very young age to respect my books. Well, actually, all of my belongings. But it is funny that the little engine is holding his hands out like “Please God no! Not the pen again!”

    Persephone, yeah me either…but I do love it when I find old books with a message in the front or a child’s name. :)
