Thrifted Thursday – Tasty

thrifted
doughnuts
Not too long ago I found this vintage doll stove at a local antique shop. I was so excited and surprised to see it was for sale for $5 so I brought it home and hung it on the wall. It already had two built in holes on the back so it was really easy to hang, and not too long after I spotted these soft squishy donuts at Hobby Lobby (not thrifted I know, but I ended up hanging them around the stove) They had their Christmas ornaments out already and I could not resist their donut-charm. I simply removed the string and hung them on nails using the small hole in the top of each.

Heidi, I love your idea. I had a stove just like that when I was little. Loved that thing, played with it for hours.

There is a stove like that in one of the antique shops here. Much more beat up and they want $80 for it. Crazy! Now I want to go to Hobby Lobby and have a donut Christmas tree.

How could anyone pass up rubber donuts. I know i couldn’t and the stove looks super cute on your wall. And for $5 bucks, that was a steal.
