Tauntaun
Tuesday May 19th 2009, 9:53 am

Here is my piece for the Stitch Wars show that is coming up this summer. It is not huge, but it is big enough to make it difficult to get a good photo. Too bad my sister doesn’t live closer ;) Anyhow it is from the scene where Han cuts open the dead Tauntaun and pushed Luke into the opening to keep him warm. It is not completely finished but you get the idea.
The Tauntaun’s stomach opens with a zipper so you can use your own lightsaber to pretend to cut him open, awww heartwarming! Haha..The last photo really cracks me up with little fetal position frozen Luke in the background.

May I be the first to say AWESOME!!
Have you seen this: http://www.thinkgeek.com/stuff/41/tauntaun.html

It started as an April Fool’s joke, but now so many people want it that they are trying to make it for real. So funny.
