My friend Katie is coming over today so last night we made carrot cakes. I used a recipe I found online here..and they are so good..good even just as muffins! I want to try some of the advice in the comments with reducing sugar and using applesauce instead of the oil as well. The carrots are made from marzipan, and I followed the great instructions here for those.
I also have another giveaway to post today. Something aimed at fashion minded kids/tweens. :)
