Kitsch

I spent Friday morning with my sister Heather, I always have so much fun with her! She came over early and we headed out to our normal thrifting route. We had lunch together and then she came back to my house for a little while to take photos of the flowers + trees.

I found these 3 mis-match salt/pepper shakers each under .50 I thought they were very cute and didn’t even look like shakers. The pink bird sealed the deal for me for sure.

The other photo is my downstairs bathroom (no window in that one, and when I turn on the big overhead lights for a photo it turns out too washed out) All the little guys on the wall have been thrifted over time. The skunk is still my favorite, but the cute old fashion Pooh ones are not so bad either :)

I spent some time yesterday sewing up little toasters. Our whole family is going to be gone for a week at the end of this month and I need to make sure I get lots sewn, photographed and ready for the update before I go. So many things to get done in the next two weeks.
