I’ve been working on some silly new fabric patterns, trying to add loads of crazy little things going on in each. I realized when I’ve been sewing lately that some of my favorite fabrics to use have all kinds of things happening, so I wanted to try it in my fabric. I’ve ordered proofs and will post again when they come in. I do have a new set of library inspired fabrics
already up for sale over at Spoonflower, but I never posted photos!
The middle one is just in the beginning stages, but will be all about baking.
Spoonflower you can get a free swatch of their new silky faille fabric (including free shipping) Between noon EST on Thursday, Jan. 23rd, and noon ESt on Friday, Jan. 24th, get a free, custom-printed swatch of our Silky Faille fabric, along with free shipping. One free swatch per household.
You can check out all of my fabrics here
I hope everyone who celebrates had a Happy Thanksgiving, a Happy Hanukkah (or both!) I created some new patterns on Spoonflower (which will be up for sale once I approve the proofs) A cut & sew Christmas tree, some patterned fabrics, and a wall decal. Now that Thanksgiving is over all the Christmas decorations are coming out! I’ll have the Christmas Music mixer available real soon too, so check back for that!
I’ve been pushing myself lately to do more of the Spoonflower contests, its fun to try and come up with a design based on ideas I might not have ever thought about doing. The Film Noir was actually lots of fun to work on.
I received a lovely email from Britta after she spotted some of my Santa fabric
in a window display in Europe. The store is C&A, and I’d love to know more if anyone happens to know who made the window displays.
